Terms and Conditions
RETURN POLICY: Returns are available up to 30 days after the day the package was signed for. To be eligible for a return the animal must be in the same condition it was sent out in. The animal must arrive alive and healthy. If the animal is not in proper condition or health Jesse’s Jungle holds the right to retain both the animal and the funds until the animal is in matching condition from when it was sent out originally. The refund will be the order total minus the shipping to and back. IF they animal passes at any point our return is void. The first 10% of the total sale counts as a nonrefundable deposit. This is done in effort to curb impulsive purchases as many of the animals we work with need a caretaker for 10-20 + years.
WHOLE SALE POLICY: We do offer wholesale pending availability. Please contact JessesJungle@hotmail.com for our wholesale list. Minimum wholesale orders $3000 USD or 10 animals.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The the first 10% of an order will be charged as a cancellation fee. This only applies to online orders.
PAYMENT POLICY: We do offer payment plans! We require a 10-50% deposit with the remainder paid off within 15-90 days. The deposit counts as a non refundable deposit that secures the animal(s) for you. The animal will only be shipped when the total plus shipping is paid.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE: We ship Monday through Thursday Overnight. Shipments picked up at a fed ex ship center will have our Live arrival guarantee. All orders placed by 4pm Cst will be shipped that day all shipments placed after 4pm CST will be shipped the following shipping day. This means orders placed after 4pm CST on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday for Tuesday arrival.
